Butterfly #2. I am ready to start the next level up, the Extended Butterfly.
Shoulder Dismount. I`m on a mission with this one, to perfect a move called the shouldermount, I have been using a kick which looks messy, so this is a form of cross training.

Shoulder Dismount. The knack is to find the fleshy part of your shoulder and really engage those abs at this point.
Shoulder Dismount. Abs in shouldermount moves are utmost important but they dont work alone. You gotta have strong arms, back and spine muscles groups too.
Tammy. A basic invert move. Alot of the beginner moves can look so beautiful if you spend time on them and work them to their full potential.
Pole Sit n tho`s inner thigh muscles again.
