| Finished Gemini. I need flexibility here and more leg definition in the move. I can hold this position but not without looking at what I am doing. |

| Hip Hold. This needs to be crisped up and again I need to look, where as I should use feel. |

| Scorpio. Not bad but must keep working on my flexibility, my shoulders felt tight in this move. |

| Plank. The area to concentrate in this is the extension chain in the back of the body and some extension in the front top legs. |

| Wrist Sit Variation. I like to move my legs in the wrist sit so playing with what I can do with them. |

| Wrist Sit Variation. I kinda experimented again, I liked this it felt nicer than wide legged V sits. Will play with this again. |

| Inverted V. Happy but again flexibility to crisp the position up. |

| 1 Handed Caterpilla. I enjoy this move, I can play with audiances with this move. I l like to use the caterpilla as a kinda of press up, or even a shoulder press. |
